<p>Såvesteinen</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;Såvesteinen&#039;&#039;&#039; er ein stein på [[Sandnes i Valle]]. Den er ei stor flyttblokk på jordet på austsida av vegen. <br /> <br /> Tradisjonen fortel at denne steinen kom med eit fælt ras for lenge sidan, og han vart liggjande midt i ålmannvegen. Bonden Såve ville flytte på steinen. Han prøvde difor å grave under han for å få det til. Men medan han heldt på med det, tok steinen til å rugge, så han greidde bare så vidt å kome seg opp og kaste seg unna. Treskorne hans vart liggjande att under steinen og skal framleis vere der. <br /> <br /> Det budde ein Aslak Såvesson på Nordstog Sandnes (bnr. 1) i 1655, far hans var Såve Aslaksson, kan hende er det han sagnet er etter. <br /> <br /> Men på 1700 talet budde Såve Gjermundsson Sandnes her.
