<p>Ny side</p> <p><b>Ny side</b></p><div>&#039;&#039;&#039;Grovane stasjon&#039;&#039;&#039; i [[Vennesla]] blei bygt i samband med opninga av den smalspora [[Setesdalsbanen]], som gjekk frå [[Kristiansand]] til [[Byglandsfjord]] 1896–1962. Stasjonen ligger om lag 20 km frå Kristiansand.<br /> <br /> I 1938 blei [[Sørlandsbanen]] opna på strekninga frå [[Nelaug stasjon]] til Kristiansand. Grovane blei då ny endestasjon, sporbruddstasjon, for Setesdalsbanen. Det var omstiging og omlasting frå tog på smalspor til tog på normalspor. (1067/1435 mm). <br /> <br /> Rundt 1970 vart Setesdalsbanen sitt smale spor fjerna frå stasjonen. Men det er sidan blitt bygt opp igjen. Grovane stasjon er nå den einaste sporbruddsstasjon i landet med treskinnespor på den eine sida av mellomplattformen mellom spor 2 og 3 og på fleire andre spor.<br /> <br /> Stasjons- og verkstadområdet på Grovane har vore utgangspunkt for entusiastane som har fått i gang drift av museumsjernbane på delar av den gamle traséen.
