Det kom i drift i 1915 og var noko i drift til under 2. verdskrigen. <br /> <br /> Kraftverket hadde ei spenning på 110 V. Generatoren var på 1 kW. Det var ein liten turbin som dreiv generatoren med flatreim. Det var mura opp ein dam i [[Kvennebekken (Austegard)|Kvennebekken]], med røyrgate ned til stasjonen. Fallhøgda var om lag 30 meter.
